Food arrived ahead of time & was hot & tasty

Order was easy to place and payment secure on BBQ Kings app. Was delivered quickly and delivery driver was very friendly and polite as always. Pizza and garlic bread with cheese was piping hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering again at some point. Thank you BBQ Kings. 100% again. Well done.

Order has taken well over an hour and a half to come on a Wednesday night for food that takes minutes to make

I ordered a hot 'n' spicy chicken and green pepper and onion pizza with garlic bread and cheese and it was absolutely delicious, fresh and piping hot. Yummy. Would definitely order again. lovely service no problems go every Sat so worth it

We understand its a Saturday night but we had to wait an hour for delivery. Would be great if that could be improved.

Your driver had a go at me about code on the door. Think there was a bit of confusion there as I thought bbk new the code but he got gobby when I said about code so in the end I'm going to be honest I told him to fuck off!! As he was rude!! which was rude of me ad well. But the text I got after from a deliver company is wrong!! He should not have tried to contact me after and left it to the manager to sort at bbq. I have used your company for 2 years live your food. I've got the video recording on camera so will pop in shop over next few days

Food was cold when arrived

Ordered on the app. I was delivered my food cold, the pizza had the wrong toppings on it and was overcooked. I'm a vegetarian and they put chicken on my pizza when I ordered only non meat toppings. The chips were cold, limp and obviously reheated. Clearly too much of a challenge for a takeaway place to put 3 toppings on a pizza and deliver it while it's still warm. A crappy takeaway that only the drunkest of taste buds should dare to order from.

Got a doner calzone which was delicious, came with salad and sauce my only criticism was there could have been more doner meat in it as was a bit sparse for the money.

Excellent all round. Lovely pizza crispy chips and delivered on time. No complaints !!

One of the best mixed calzones i think i have tasted, nice juicy tender meats, perfectly cooked dough and creamy stringy cheese. Will definetly be back again.
