Delivered after an hour and ot was cold 😕

Was given a spicy chicken tikka kebab instead of what i ordered which was a large chicken kebab as a result I couldn't eat it !!! never noticed until much later as I hadn't opened it yet its in the bin as it was far to spicy .

I ordered 2 portions of chips on Friday and then a chicken burger meal and tikka kebab last night and I need to say the meals were not great. The chips are terrible ( these seem new chips ) and the peta was mushy as all the salad was on top of it plus all the food was cold. Normally the food is pretty good but that’s 2 nights in a row it was terrible.

The food was late, cold and the pizza was stuck to the lid of the box. Also your site was showing my order to have been delivered long before it was. You also did not even confirm my order till much later the same evening. What has happened to your food and service? Clearly it is way below par

I don't know what you have done with your chicken pakora,its nowhere near as good as it used to be. But the sauce was nice

The delivery took nearly 2 hours, ordered at 5.30pm and came at 7.15pm. But food was good and hot

Using the app to order and pay was very easy and straightforward. My order was delivered quickly and the delivery driver was very friendly and polite as usual. I ordered mini mixed samosas with salad, chips and dips and it was visually stunning and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this meal and will more than likely be having it again. Meal absolutely beautiful..chicken was lovely. Never had a bad meal from here. Service is great. Delivery great. Would highly recommend.

2hours for a pizza after them telling me i hadnt ordered or paid for it just aswell i had order number to verify it. Pizza freezen cold and soggie wouldnt even give to our dogs. They sent out new ones which wherent much better wont be ordering from them again
